Orange Business - Conveying the value of Genesys AI in 90 seconds

Context

Orange Business entrusted the agency Yalp with producing a product presentation video for Genesys, an AI solution designed for customer service professionals.

The challenge wasn’t to deliver a technical demonstration, but to make the business benefits of AI tangible through a concrete use case. All while positioning Orange Business not as a simple reseller, but as a true transformation partner alongside Genesys.

This project was carried out in collaboration with Yalp.

My role

I handled the motion design for the project as a subcontractor for Yalp, attending the approval meetings alongside the team. The client relationship remained managed by the agency, so my role focused on graphic design, storyboard, animation, and sound design.

Approach

The project unfolded in several structured stages, which were necessary given the complexity of approvals typical of a company of this size:

Initial scoping: a first meeting to define the key message (business benefits, structure of the video) and set the schedule
Graphic proposals: several visual directions were submitted to modernize the look while respecting the Orange brand guidelines. These guidelines are rather rigid by nature, so we had to find some room to maneuver in order to propose a more contemporary look
Full storyboard: the selected proposals were developed across the entire 90 seconds, to validate the narrative before animating
Animation and iterations: a first animated version was delivered, followed by several rounds of revisions to refine the message and the pacing

The video was produced in two versions, French and English, and delivered within the set deadline despite fairly long approval cycles.
